As auditors and tax consultants we deal with the entire range of accountancy tasks. We therefore cooperate with the computing centre of DATEV (German Association for Tax Consultants, Auditors and Solicitors). This collaboration may be carried out in the batch or online procedure.
 
Setting up or converting financial accounting
including drawing up the register of accounts (acc. to BiRiLiG = Conversion of the balance sheet principles to comply with German law), imparting instruction on account assignment and the appertaining organisation of vouchers (System DATEV or other data processing systems). *)

External financial accounting support (at Client's site), no matter what data processing system is used, to check truth and fairness of the financial accounting. We also handle financial accounting/auditing for foreign operations and subsidiaries.
 
Setting up converting payroll accounting, Drawing up wage type plans, special derived wages (e.g. piece wages, wages in the construction industry etc.) and voucher organisation and accounting vouchers for financial accounting (system DATEV or other data processing systems)
 
Organisation, drawing up and/or controlling travel expense accounting; working out guidelines for daily allowances
 
Handling running payroll accounting incl. payroll administration jobs and special tasks due at the turn of the year (e.g. DEÜV [Directives governing the acquisition and transmission of data for social insurance institutions] ) and we fulfil further services in the human resources sector. **)
 
Drawing up assets accounting considering the demands acc. to § 268 Section 2 German Commercial Law via DATEV system (gross assets analysis) or via other data processing systems.
 
Furthermore, our tasks include the assumption of vacation substitute jobs in the accountancy sector, special support in extraordinary cases (e.g. conversions in EDP) and the selection and training of accountancy staff with own training programs.
 
We can deal with back-dated and/or difficult accounting jobs within a short period of time.
 
*) We can also have computing concepts for accounting developed by our subsidiary econ it.service GmbH & Co. KG. These concepts include the sectors of commercial software with inventory administration (e.g. with sage Software) as in-house solutions.
